Welcome to DJ Epoxy Solutions!
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) and DJ Epoxy Solutions (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your access to and use of our website located at www.djepoxysolutions.com (the “Website”), as well as our residential, commercial, garage, and industrial epoxy, polyaspartic, and concrete coating services (the “Services”).
By accessing our Website, submitting a quote request, booking an appointment, or authorizing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.
1. Services Overview & Service Area
DJ Epoxy Solutions operates as a professional epoxy, polyaspartic, and concrete surface coating contractor headquartered in Palm Bay, Florida. We serve residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Brevard County, Indian River County, and surrounding East Central Florida communities.
We provide surface preparation, concrete grinding, and high-performance protective coating applications, including but not limited to garage epoxy flooring, metallic epoxy, decorative flake systems, polyaspartic topcoats, commercial floor coatings, patio/pool deck coatings, and custom floor finishes. All Services are performed by our trained installation specialists under direct company management.
2. Estimates, Binding Quotes & Unforeseen Site Conditions
- Informational Estimates: Preliminary price ranges, online calculator estimates, telephone estimates, or automated web estimates are strictly non-binding and provided for general planning purposes only.
- Binding Quotes: Final project pricing is binding only when set forth in a written or electronically signed service proposal authorized by both parties following an in-person physical slab evaluation. Quotes remain valid for thirty (30) days from issuance unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Concrete Substrate & Unseen Conditions: Project pricing assumes a structurally sound concrete substrate. Concrete is a natural construction material with variations in density, porosity, moisture, and integrity. Hidden defects—including extensive subsurface cracking, oil saturation, previous coating failure, soft concrete, or high moisture vapor transmission (MVT)—may only become visible during mechanical surface grinding.
- Change Orders: If unforeseen slab conditions require additional repairs, moisture mitigation barriers, or extended surface prep, we will pause work and present a written Change Order detailing required costs before proceeding.
3. Scheduling, Site Access & Client Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless installation, Client agrees to fulfill the following requirements prior to technician arrival:
- Site Preparation: Client must clear the target work area of all vehicles, furniture, personal belongings, storage items, and debris prior to the scheduled start date. DJ Epoxy Solutions is not insured or equipped to move heavy furniture or personal items unless explicitly included in the written contract.
- Utilities Access: Client must provide uninterrupted electricity and running water on-site for the duration of the surface preparation and application processes.
- Arrival Windows & Delays: Scheduled times represent estimated arrival windows. While we make every effort to adhere to schedules, project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, curing requirements, or material supply delays. We will communicate any schedule adjustments promptly.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling Fee: Client must provide at least forty-eight (48) hours’ written or verbal notice to cancel or reschedule a project. Cancellations or failure to provide safe, clear site access with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation/trip fee to cover mobilization and prepared material costs.
4. Curing Guidelines & Premature Use
Proper curing is essential to ensure maximum bond strength, chemical resistance, and long-term durability:
- Foot Traffic: Generally permitted after 24 to 48 hours following final topcoat application (subject to ambient temperature and humidity).
- Vehicular & Heavy Equipment Traffic: Vehicles, golf carts, and heavy machinery must NOT be driven or parked on the surface for a minimum of 5 to 7 full days post-installation.
- Liability for Early Access: Walking, placing heavy furniture, or driving on the surface prior to full cure voids warranty coverage for any resulting indentations, hot-tire pickup, delamination, or surface tire marks.
5. Lifetime Warranty & Exclusions
DJ Epoxy Solutions provides a Lifetime Warranty covering our workmanship and high-performance coating materials against installation defects, peeling, chipping, and delamination under normal residential use conditions.
What Is Covered:
- Adhesion failure, peeling, or blistering directly resulting from defective materials or improper surface preparation/installation by our team.
What Is Excluded:
- Concrete substrate movement, structural settling, slab cracking, expansion joint shifting, or floor heave.
- Moisture vapor transmission, hydrostatic pressure, or groundwater migration developing beneath the slab after installation (unless a specialized moisture barrier system was explicitly purchased).
- Mechanical abuse, dropped heavy sharp objects, gouges, dragging metal equipment, chemical exposure exceeding recommended household use, or battery acid spills.
- Normal wear and tear of gloss/finish over extended periods or improper maintenance using harsh unapproved acids or solvents.
- Modifications, repairs, or re-coatings performed by parties other than DJ Epoxy Solutions.
- Premature traffic or failure to adhere to post-installation curing timelines.
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at (321) 398-1343 or email javier@djepoxysolutions.com. DJ Epoxy Solutions reserves the right to inspect the floor and determine the appropriate repair or re-coating remedy.
6. Payment Terms & Financing
- Payment Terms: Payment milestones (such as deposits and final balances) are specified in your service contract. Final payment is due immediately upon substantial completion of installation unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payments are subject to service charges and interest as permitted by Florida law.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, cash, and authorized electronic payments.
- Third-Party Financing: Any financing options offered through third-party lenders are governed strictly by the lender’s terms, conditions, and credit approval process. DJ Epoxy Solutions is not the lender and does not make credit decisions.
7. AI Tools, Web Assistants & Calculators
Our Website may incorporate artificial intelligence (AI), web chatbots, or interactive pricing calculators to assist with general inquiries and scheduling.

- Physical Verification Required: Official pricing, technical specifications, and system selections must always be confirmed through a physical on-site slab inspection by our technical team.
8. Messaging & SMS Terms & Conditions
By providing your phone number and opting into mobile communications via web forms, estimate requests, or chat portals, you consent to receive transactional and informational text messages (e.g., appointment confirmations, project updates, technician arrival notices).

- Governing Law: These Terms and any service dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and signed job proposals, constitute the entire agreement between you and DJ Epoxy Solutions.
